Notwithstanding the foregoing, Groue Proservices Comptables reserves the right to decline to transmit Customer Data to a specific Representative if Groue Proservices Comptables believes such transmission would violate this Agreement or any applicable laws (in which case Groue Proservices Comptables will use reasonable efforts to promptly notify Customer of such decision). Representatives acknowledge that Groue Proservices Comptables is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and takes no responsibility for any Customer Data.
